NLP Trainers Training

Being a great trainer is much more that being a great presenter. As a trainer, you must also have a command of your topic, be able to think on your feet, maintain a resourceful state and image, stay on topic, facilitate discussions, clearly demonstrate ideas, concepts and techniques, etc.

Our Trainer’s Training Program is effective and unique. We offer you an apprenticeship and mentoring program that will give you real world experience. Rather than subjecting you to an intense 10 – 15 day training program, where the focus is on delivering all of the material in the allotted time, we have developed a nine month mentoring and apprenticeship program that covers all the training techniques plus gives you experience at the front of an actual class to hone your training skills.

Think about it... Do professionals such as doctors, dentists, electricians, plumbers, etc. take a one to three week course and then go out and practice their profession? No. They have an apprenticeship or mentoring program during which they learn and practice their trade under the guidance of one or more seasoned professionals.

During this training, you will:

• Perfect your NLP skills and knowledge.
• Learn how to be take charge of a class and be an effective presenter, facilitator and discussion leader.
• Learn different strategies and techniques for engaging your students.
• Learn how to remain resourceful and confident while staying in control even in difficult situations.
• Deliver training modules in front of different audiences at real Practitioner trainings.
• Learn how to start and maintain a successful training business.
• Develop a one day NLP-based public training that you will promote and deliver to the general public.

Prerequisite: Certified NLP Master Practitioner from an approved NLP Training Institute.

Dates: A nine month program from September to May. During this program, you will assist at a Practitioner or Master Practitioner training, attend monthly training sessions (dates will be scheduled in consultation with all participants), present assigned modules, facilitate discussion at the front of an actual class and develop, promote and deliver your own one-day NLP-based training.

Your Trainers: Roger Ellerton, PhD, CMC and Su Thomas. Both are certified NLP trainers with 20+ years experience developing and delivering NLP and other trainings, as well as relevant business and coaching experience. On special occasions, John Sweetnam will join Roger and Su at the trainings. In addition to his training and coaching experience, John has successfully managed the continuation of two family businesses and started three others.

Cost: $5,495 includes GST, training manuals and text book.
