E-Book: 5 Step Action Plan
Officially titled Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: 5 Step Action Plan, this 46 page e-book complements the material presented in my book Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You.
Dear Roger
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the great e-Book that I purchased last week. The timing for this purchase could not have been better!
I have been looking for ways to search out new sales leads but always found that, by the end of the day, I was no further along than I was at the beginning. I was over concerned with making my presentation the most professional and appealing that it could be that I overlooked the need to simply make the calls and work from there. Your "Ready, Fire, Aim" approach was just the kick start that I needed to worry less about the perfection of my approach before I called and to focus on what I would do differently after I called. No more inertia, waiting for everything to be perfect. It was like getting solid feedback from a great boss - I was able to walk away and apply what you had shared directly to the work at hand. After reading this book, I made my calls and was able to refine my approach after each encounter. I cannot believe the difference this concept has made in my work so far!!! Action speaks louder than words but sometimes we need the right words to show us how to act.
Thanks so much for the right words!

I watched the Secret a couple of years ago, and since then I have been reading everything I can get my hands on to figure out how to put a plan in place to improve my life, and I am so excited to have finally found the answers in your book! Thank you for writing it! I am going to tell everyone I know that they HAVE to purchase it!!

Roger, congratulations and a big thank you for writing your two books "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You" and "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: 5 Step Action Plan". They have been a big help to me in successfully launching my management and quality consulting business.
Your book is based on NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). I have never studied NLP, yet you have a way of writing that is very clear and easy to read. As a result I have used many of the NLP techniques and ideas to gain a better understanding of myself, to clear away unwanted baggage that has stopped me in the past and to set meaningful and achievable objectives for me and my business.
I suggest that readers take their time reading your books as each page is full of useful material and insights.

Far too many of us dream our dreams, yet for one reason or another fail to take concerted effort to bring them to life.
Written to help those who are looking for more in life achieve what they desire, this book provides clear instructions for eliciting and formulating your desired outcomes, together with a proven process for attaining them.
Individuals, parents, coaches, managers, anyone directing or assisting others will find the Five Step Action Plan essential for moving yourself, your clients or organization from a state of being stuck or just coping to achieving your desired outcomes.
This book integrates three effective and compatible strategies for success:
- Five Steps for Success.
- Ready, Fire, Aim.
- Continuous, incremental improvement.
NLP is a fundamental component to achieving your dreams. For over fifteen years, I have been studying, talking about, using and providing coaching and training services in NLP and have observed the tremendous positive impact NLP principles and techniques have had on my clients. Personally, NLP has had a great influence on my own communication and the way I perceive and live life. As a Certified Management Consultant and former university professor and executive, I find NLP techniques invaluable in first, assisting me to feel good about myself and what I choose to do and second, in my conversations and interactions with others as we express our differing points of view and work toward a win-win result.
I trust you will find this book to be a valuable resource and I look forward to receiving any observations you may wish to share with me.
